One of the main determinants of career success and fulfillment is how engaged one feels in their work.
We’ve become interested in the concepts of Employee Engagement and Employee Experience (EX) because we have observed that it is seldom ever considered during the hiring process (to the potential long-term detriment of both the individual and their future employer).
Description of Survey
This survey is researched based (taken from the book Magic: Five Keys to Unlock the Power of Employee Engagement by Tracy Maylett and Paul Warner) and is designed to help you assess where your engagement level is right now with your current employer. More specifically, it will provide you with your individualized and current scores in the five factors of career engagement:

- Impact
- Connection

1. The results of your survey will give you valuable information regarding your current level of engagement at your current employer.
